Chocolate Souffle

After a whole day of kayacking with my friends, I went to DessertTruck Works to make my chocolate souffle. Located at 6 Clinton Street, it was really easy to miss this small cozy store. Surprisingly, a chocolate souffle was not as challenging as I thought so I'll be making plenty for my friends and family during winter!
